Texting Brand/Company Information

FCC regulations and U.S. mobile carriers now require all businesses that send text messages to complete a 10DLC (Application-to-Person SMS) verification process and to collect explicit customer consent (opt-in) before messaging any phone number.

IMPORTANT: This form may take a few minutes to complete and may require edits to your company website. Your website must have privacy policy and messaging terms pages and you must provide the link on this form. Before starting the form, review the privacy policy and messaging terms section of the form below and ensure your policy and terms meet the requirements. Additionally, you will be providing your Opt-in Method – if you’re unsure about that, review the section below and consider how your customers will opt-in to receive messages.
